PERANAN MAJELIS PENGAWAS DAERAH KOTA BEKASI DALAM SIDANG PEMERIKSAAN NOTARIS ATAS DUGAAN PELANGGARAN UNDANG-UNDANG JABATAN NOTARIS DAN KODE ETIK NOTARIS
Abstract
Before the UUJN supervision applied, inspection and sanctions against the notary made by the judiciary. But after the enactment the Law No. 30 of the yeat 2004 about Notary, supervisory authority of the court changed over to the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights. That in carrying out the supervision of the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights established the Supervisory Council which determined in subsection 67 of Notary Position Law. That the role of Supervisory Council Bekasi District is doing supervision and guidance fornotaryies due the existing rules, furthermore also doing socialization to parties that related to the Notary profession (including behavioral and implementation of Notary office) as referred to subsection 67 UUJN and with the subsection 1.A Minister of Law and Human Rights of the Indonesian Republic No. M.02.PR.08.10/2004, about the Procedures for Designation, Termination of members, Organizational Structure, Work Procedures, and Procedures of Examination Notary Supervisory Council.
