APLIKASI PEMBAYARAN JASA LAUNDRY DENGAN INVOICE NOTIFIKASI GMAIL BERBASIS DESKTOP PADA GREEN LAUNDRY

Abstract. Laundry is a micro, small and medium enterprise (MSMEs) engaged in laundry services. Most laundry owners are workers who have other businesses outside of their official jobs. The owner entrusts all transactions to the employee. Not infrequently there are discrepancies in data and transactions due to poor bookkeeping or fictitious transaction loopholes. In addition, most users of laundry services are workers who don't have much time. Dirty clothes are picked up by the laundry staff, then payment and notification require a meeting between the laundry service user (customer) and the laundry clerk. The purpose of this research is to create an application that can help solve the problem at hand. Laundry owners can unite all transactions and laundry users can transact without having to meet directly with laundry workers. By using the Classic Waterfall model system development method, the application can support the problem of recording transaction reports, bookkeeping, and the following non-cash payment methods as well as notifications of estimated orders that are ready to be picked up or delivered.   Keywords: transactions, payments, bookkeeping, notifications, non-cash
