Abstract

Abstract. Employee portal is a web - based portal that is used in an organizational environment that isintended to help the performance of members of the organization . One indicator of the effectivenessof employee portal is a feature if it is proven effective and beneficial for an organization to use it. Thisresearch aims to measure the effectiveness of collaborative employee portal MEC function in growingknowledge sharing and searching for the appropriate model form to conduct a series of empirical tests.Basic research model using portal employee effectiveness research model. Samplingusing questionnaires completed by 150 respondents. The purpose of the study to determine thefactors that influence employee effectiveness model collaboration features in foster knowledge sharingportals and level of effectiveness. Data processing method using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)using AMOS 18.0 software. Research suggests a causal relationship with the service quality and usersatisfaction and with the service quality to impact of knowledge sharing is a significant causalrelationship . Research also suggests that the causal relationship of user satisfaction with the impactof knowledge sharing is a significant causal relationship . The research concluded that usersatisfaction is influenced by the quality of service occurs as much as 6.10 % .
