Abstract. The registration for the Indonesia independence day on Jl. Albaidho RT.014 RW.09 is still manual so that the committee must bring in each house to get data on residents who want to take part in the competition. As well as to provide information quickly is still very difficult because it still uses letters to provide information to residents. This study aims to create a registration system via the web and the competition process using online games on Jl. Albaidho RT.014 RW.09. The system development technique in this writing uses waterfall methods, yii framework with PHP and HTML that for creating a website, and the database management system uses MYSQL. From the results of research on information systems and online games on Jl. Albaidho RT.014 RW.09, including: a website has been successfully created as a means of registration and providing information that is fast, accurate, and with a wide range, as well as online games as a substitute for competitions that require a lot of cost and energy to prepare and the information on the winner of the match is conveyed through the email of the winner of the match.
