SISTEM PENDUKUNG KEPUTUSAN PENERIMAAN ASISTEN DOSEN PADA PERGURUAN TINGGI TEKNOKRAT MENGGUNAKAN METODE ANALYTICAL HIERARCHY PROCESS(AHP)

Abstract

Acceptance of new assistant is a stage where the person in charge of the admissions committee of assistant professors and assistant professors make the process of hiring a new assistant professors who meet the criteria. Criteria established by the admissions committee of assistant professors are expected to menajadi benchmark tool assessment of the qualifications held by each candidate applying for assistant professors.Obstacles encountered is the time it takes to get the final result about 3-4 days for the assessment results will be evaluated by comparing the results of the assessment and the criteria that have been established, in addition to this the problems is that they are still subjective assessment or close relatives still looked and looked insiders. The lack of assessment based on objective or judgments resulting from any testing by the teaching assistant candidate this has resulted in a mismatch ability teaching assistant received.Decision Support Systems with AHP is expected to assist in solving the problems mentioned above.
