Faktor Kinerja Pelatihan Pekerja Indonesia dan Dampaknya terhadap Daya Saing dan Jiwa Kewirausahaan (Studi Kasus Program Pelatihan Kerja Pemagangan di Jepang)

Abstract

The research problems that were the focus of research was how the direct and indirect influence of competence, recruitment, selection, placement, compensation, work culture and policy of apprenticeship training program partially or simultaneously to the Indonesian workers training performance. How the direct influence of the Indonesian workers training performance to labor competitiveness and entrepreneurial spirit. This research was motivated by the unemployment rate was still quite high, the labor force participation rate was still relatively quite low, The Management of Institute Training especially apprenticeship program that was not optimal when the development industry apprenticeship employment in various sectors of industry in Japan was growing rapidly. In addition to that it was not also still optimal, especially apprenticeship training Indonesian workers performance to Japan in terms of recruitment, selection and placement of candidates for apprenticeship labor, compensation, work culture adaptation labor apprenticeship and policies in the apprenticeship program. The research method used was a survey method with quantittative approaches were associative with the research instrument was questionnaire and a sample research as much as working with Vocational Training Institutions during the year 2009 up to 2012. The analysis technique of hypothesis testing used path analysis. The result of this research found that the competency, recruitment, selection, placement, compensation, work culture and policy of apprenticeship training programs by partially and simultaneosly had significant impact directly and indirectly on Indonesian workers training performance. Indonesian workers training performance had significant impact directly on labor competitiveness and workers entrepreneurial spirit.
