Hubungan antara Loyalitas dan Lingkungan Kerja dengan Motivasi Kerja Pegawai PT. Madani Hotel Medan Sumatera Utara

Abstract

Goal of this research is descripted about the relationship among loyalities and work environtment to work’s motivation at PT Madani Hotel Medan North Sumatera. The respondens are 30 worker by randomsampling of population. Analysis of data used the simple regression and simple correlation, include the normality test and homogeneity test.. The result of this research are : First ; there is positive correlation loyality with motivation. It means, if loyality is upper, and than motivation is upper too. Second ; there is positive correlation among work environment with motivation. It means, if work environment is upper, and than the motivation is upper too. Third, there is positive correlation among loyality and environment with motivation by simultance.
