Total Quality Control ( TQC) is revolution thinking in management, because this system are changed the convensional management system. This system are learning, who the manager to made the work standart and than the worker just do it, without they can not to made what do it them self. In the TQC, work standart and system are made by human being approach and they are did to them work by them self.References
