Abstract

In this study aims to determine the level of influence of work discipline and employee commitment to employee performance at the Directorate General of Aquaculture of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia, and this data is a study that is in accordance with the representative method using quantitative data. The population in this study were 200 employees who used the ramdom sampling method, so this study sampled 30 respondents. In this data analysis technique it will use multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study with a significant level of 5% which shows that: the effect of work discipline is seen in the regression coefficient of work discipline variable of 0.367 which has a standard error rate of 0.118 with a sig level of 0.04 which is much smaller than 0.05, then this shows that work discipline has a positive and significant influence on employee performance at the Directorate General of Aquaculture of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia, the level of influence of employee commitment from the value of the regression coefficient on the employee commitment variable of 0.316 which has a standard error of 0.142 with a significance level of 0.035 which is much smaller than 0.05 then from 0.316 it has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment variables on employee performance at the Directorate General of Aquaculture of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia, the level of influence of work discipline and employee commitment simultaneous and positive and significant effect on employee performance at the Directorate General of Aquaculture of the Ministry of Maritime Affairs and Fisheries of the Republic of Indonesia, then this is evidenced by the value of F-count = 19.224, greater F-table is 0.05 (2) (28) = 3 , 38.  Keywords: Discipline, Employee Commitment and Employee Performance
