ANALISIS KESIAPAN PEMERINTAH DAERAH DALAM PENGIMPLEMENTASIAN SISTEM PENGUKURAN KINERJA PEMERINTAH

Abstract

Performance measurement is an important tool that can be used in conducting the evaluation in the public sector, Local Government and City Bogor Bogor Regency far only measure of performance in accordance with the applicable rules and regulations.Performance measurement is performed is more oriented to financial performance. Measurements with "A MAP Approach" can be conduded that the overall readiness of the local government and Bogor Bogor City in implementing performance measurement in the position of "good performar with a solid base" or are the position-3 of the four dassification in "A MAP Approach" or level below the highest position. But keep in mind, the aspect that determines to move from adaptation to the implementation of performance measurement on performance categories (performance) in particular sub-category of reporting and evaluation  (reporting  and  evaluation)  to  obtain  the  results  of  the  smallest. Referring  to  the  concept  of accountability, accountability starts  from  the  fulfillment  of  reporting  and  evaluation criteria,  performance measurement in local government city of Bogor and Bogor Regency interpreted in the process of adaptation and will move on implementation, not yet at the stage of implementation.     Keywords: performance measurement system
