KONFLIK PERAN DALAM KANTOR AUDIT (STUDI KASUS PADA KANTOR AKUNTAN PUBLIK DI BANDAR LAMPUNG)

Abstract

This research investigates two questions research first, how influence the organization principle at role conflict and if the audit staff in the role conflict how the influence at work pressure and work satisfaction? The analysis with linear regression statistically significant not rejects the hypothesis that conflict in the auditor perception in the audit firm has a role for decrease their job satisfaction.     Key words: role conflict, job satisfaction, job pressure
