PENGARUH STRUKTUR KEPEMILIKAN TERHADAP ECONOMIC VALUE ADDED

Abstract

The relationship between corporate govermance and economic performance has also become the most controversial issues and a lot of attention policy-makers. The concept of fair value associated with how to quantify the net value of each asset and expense ekonimis dean ekonimis any liability and is the most appropriate basis as the starting measuring. Unlike the Economic Value Added is a performance measure that is calculated by taking net operating profit less the cost of annual capital. Factors that affect this added value of which is ownership Structure although on further examination it appears that the effect on performance (EVA) is not direct. With a concentrated ownership structure in a particular party even had a positive impact for the company.
