Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of accounts receivable turnover anddebt to equity ratio on return on assets in property and real estate. This research was carried outon property and real estate, with the object of the study being limited only to the variable ofaccounts receivable turnover and the debt to equity ratio of the independent variable and returnon assets as the dependent variable. Samples were taken as many as 20 companies from a total of48 companies, namely as many as 100 financial statements. The results of the ReceivablesTurnover (X1) study have a partially and negativtable (-.014 <0.989) and not significant on return on assets in Property andReal Estate Companies listed on the Exchange Indonesian effects with a significance value ofmore than 0.05 namely 0.989 (0.989> 0.05). Debt to Equity Ratio (X2) has a partial ashows a negative number on t arithmetic and positive numbers on t table (-.258 <0.016) andsignificant on return on assets in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the StockExchange Indonesia with a significance value of more than 0.05 is 0.989 (0.016 <0.05).Receivable turnover and debt to equity ratio have a positive effect with an F of 3.066 andsignificant effect on return on assets in property and real estate companies listed on the IndonesiaStock Exchange with a significance level (0.052). With a coefficient of determination of 6.7%,while the remaining 93.3% is influenced by other variables.Keywords : Receivables Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Assets
