Abstract

The data used in this study are secondary data collected from the results of Bank OCBCNISP's publication. Using the comparison method with the help of the analysis tools EViewversion 8 and SPSS version 23.0. Deep statistical testing This research uses Linear ProbabilityModel Regression Model - LPM) and T Test (Paired Samples T Test). The results showed thatthere were differences of opinion on effectiveness merger at Bank OCBC NISP Tbk and thisresearch will look at the effectiveness of the merger in terms of working capital, cash flow andoperating profitKeywords: effectiveness, merger, working capital, operating cash flow, operating profit
