SISTEM INFORMASI PENJUALAN OBAT PADA APOTEK SUKMA JAYA MENGGUNAKAN PHP DAN MYSQL

Abstract. Currently, the field of technology, especially Information Technology (IT), is experiencing very rapid progress, especially computer-based technology. Almost all fields have used computers as a tool to support evaluation, analysis, efficiency and effectiveness as well as decision and policy making processes. As is the case in schools, offices, banking, companies and the business world which requires accurate data to obtain information in every activity. One of the research studies in this regard is the Sukma Jaya Pharmacy. Apotek Sukma Jaya is a company engaged in the sale of prescription or non-prescription drugs and is now a company that still uses a manual system for sales or data management. In a system called manual, such as using stationery, the ordering process, making invoices, sending processes to buyers. Therefore it takes a long time to process the data. And so the company needs an information system that can later help the company in selling or processing data that can overcome problems when they occur. Therefore the authors developed an application as a solution to some of the problems encountered in selling drugs at the Sukma Jaya Pharmacy. In developing this application the authors used Windows XP as an operating system, PHP as a programming language, MySQL as a database server. Keywords : Drug Sales Information System, PHP, MySQL
