Pengaruh Insentif Dan Promosi Jabatan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Matahari Department Store Cabang Depok Town Square

This study aims to see, describe, and analyze instructions and promotions on employee performance variables on one day, either simultaneously or partially. The results showed that the incentive and promotion variables had a significant effect on employee performance variables. Based on the test results, the t value = 3.018 with a significance value of 0.003 <0.05 for the incentive variable, and the t value = 3.986 with a significance value of 0.000 <0.05 for the promotion variable. Job promotion variable has a greater influence on employee performance with a regression coefficient of 0.360 compared to the incentive variable which is only 0.270. From the total research results, it can be shown that the incentive and promotion variables have a significant influence on employee performance variables either simultaneously or partially.
