RESILIENSI TERHADAP KEDUKAAN MASYARAKAT INDONESIA DALAM MENGHADAPI PANDEMI COVID-19

Abstract

Setiap individu yang mengalami duka karena kehilangan seseorang yang memilikihubungan dekat akan melalui beberapa tahapan berduka, antara lain: penolakan,kemarahan, depresi, tawar menawar, dan penerimaan. Ada banyak faktor yang dapatmempengaruhi seberapa cepat atau lambat seseorang dapat menerima kehilangan ini,salah satunya adalah resiliensi setiap individu. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untukmengkaji bagaimana resiliensi dapat membantu seseorang untuk bangkit kembalidari kondisi atau situasi yang dialami. Metode yang digunakan adalah studikepustakaan yang dilakukan secara bertahap: mengidentifikasi pertanyaan penelitian,mencari artikel melalui Google, menilai kualitas artikel yang ditemukan, sertamengevaluasi dan menginterpretasikan semua hasil penelitian sesuai denganresiliensi dan kedukaan. Kesimpulannya, pandemi Covid-19 telah memberikandampak yang luar biasa bagi masyarakat, termasuk masyarakat Indonesia.Meningkatnya jumlah pasien yang sakit dan meninggal akibat terpapar Covid-19berdampak tersendiri bagi anggota keluarga. Kesedihan individual yang berfokuspada gejala, pendekatan sistemik berorientasi pada ketahanan dengan kelemahanyang kompleks mengontekstualisasikan kesusahan dan memobilisasi sumber dayarelasional untuk mendukung adaptasi positif. Setiap individu yang mengalamikehilangan anggota keluarga akan melalui tahapan penyangkalan, kemarahan, tawarmenawar, depresi, dan penerimaan. Selain itu, individu perlu beradaptasi dengan baikdalam menghadapi kesulitan atau kehilangan ini dengan baik. Faktor-faktor yangdapat meningkatkan resiliensi individu antara lain: a) pelatihan, pengalaman dankompetensi yang dirasakan; b) dukungan sosial; c) strategi koping yang efektif.Keywords: Covid-19, Grief, Resilience
