DAMPAK ELEMEN INTERIOR TERHADAP PSIKOLOGIS DAN PERILAKU PENGGUNA RUANG

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh dalam hubungan antara arsitektur, desain arsitektur interior, dan status psikologis penghuni ruang dalam bangunan. Kesadaran mengenai pentingnya hubungan tersebut adalah merupakan hal yang paling yang paling dasar dalam arsitektur.  Bagian utama dari penelitian ini mencakup identitas, privasi, keselamatan, kesehatan, aksesibilitas, ruang terbuka, dan estetika. Secara garis besar penelitian terdiri atas dua kelompok. Pertama mengidentifikasi sifat masing-masing faktor. Yang kedua mengetahui pertimbangan arsitektur untuk mewujudkan kondisi psikologis yang diinginkan bagi penghuni dan pengguna. Pertimbangan arsitektur tersebut di atas dapat digunakan untuk membantu desainer memilih dan menerapkan desain arsitektur interior, yang cocok-selaras antara arsitektur, interior, dan status psikologis dari penghuni maupun pengguna ruang. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kepedulian tentang pentingnya interaksi atau hubungan antara desain arsitektur interior dan perilaku psikologis manusia. Penelitian ini menjadi penting karena dalam masyarakat modern, lebih dari 70% umur seorang manusia dihabiskan di dalam ruangan.
